MalliaSare & Co., formerly known as Malcolm Mallia & Co., is a young dynamic management consulting firm, based in Valletta, Malta’s Capital City. Our areas of expertise include quality management, corporate and business performance, market research and planning and we also assist international organisations set up back office operations and tax efficient structures in Malta. We service a variety of clients, both local and international and have also worked extensively with Government on various assignments.
It was founded by Malcolm A. Mallia, a management consultant with over 12 years experience in business consultancy and top management posts within leading organisations.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accountancy and business management and an Honours degree in Management studies from the University of Malta, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College (UK).
His management experience includes General Motors Malta, where he was responsible for a corporate restructuring exercise, a business process review exercise and the introduction of ISO 9002; the setting up of a mobile commerce incubator based in Germany which successfully raised USD 36 million from major international banks; and Vodafone Malta, where he was responsible for the development and launch of m-Government; corporate business strategy and market intelligence.
